What We Do
Freeasy is a self-service (DIY) research platform that helps teams and researchers run surveys quickly, affordably, and with confidence. We enable same-day survey launches with zero setup or monthly fees, and pricing that starts from $30.
Freeasy is designed for in-house execution: users create surveys through an intuitive interface, distribute them to qualified respondents, and monitor results in real time. We support global research across 29 countries, with targeting by country, age, and gender.
Regarding response quality, AI-powered quality control based on patented algorithms is applied exclusively to surveys conducted with Japanese respondent panels. This mechanism is used to help identify and reduce low-quality responses within Japan-based research only. For surveys conducted outside Japan, response quality management may differ depending on country and panel conditions.
Freeasy operates under a security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001, and the platform is widely adopted in Japan, including use by 300+ educational institutions.
For academic research use cases, Freeasy is used by researchers at 300+ universities and research institutions. It supports ethical review considerations by allowing researchers to optionally configure and display an informed consent statement at the start of a survey. Only respondents who agree can proceed, and respondents may discontinue before submission. Survey results are delivered in an anonymized format and do not provide personal identifying information to the researcher.
